Visiting researcher at the Universities of Columbia (2013), Nottingham (2016) and George Washington (2022).
He is one of the partners responsible for the Infrastructure and Arbitration and Mediation departments.
His work as a lawyer, arbitrator and legal expert focuses on the areas of public procurement, PPPs and concessions, infrastructure projects, M&A, regulated sectors and commercial contracts.
