Nova Lei de Licitações e Contratos Administrativos (PL 4.253/2020)

A Nova Lei de Licitações (PL 4.253/2020) foi aprovada pelo Senado Federal e aguarda sanção presidencial. O novo diploma estabelece normas gerais de licitação e contratação para as administrações públicas diretas, autárquicas e fundacionais da União, dos Estados, do Distrito Federal e dos Municípios, substituindo a legislação atual, em especial a Lei 8.666 (Lei Geral de Licitações), a Lei 10.520 (Lei do Pregão) e a Lei 12.462 (Lei do RDC). Existe enorme expectativa em torno do novo marco legal. Para contribuir com o debate, a JPOT organizou textos analisando diferentes aspectos da nova Lei, que serão divulgados nesta e nas próximas edições deste Informativo Eletrônico.
